Huawei OptiXtrans E9600 SDH Board TNV4S216 Overview
TNV4S216: 16 x STM-N(N=1, 4, 16), 8 x STM-64, aggregate capacity <= 80G optical interface board
The S216 board converts the received STM-n optical signals into VC4, VC-4-Xc (X=4/16/64) signals and sends VC4, VC-4-Xc (X=4/16/64) signals to the cross-connect side.
The S216 board supports OTU1 services.
Ports on a TNV4S216 board are classified into two groups: TX1/RX1 to TX8/RX8 and TX9/RX9 to TX16/RX16. The maximum SDH capacity of each group of ports is 40 Gbit/s.
